Not included in the price of the hunt:
- Airfare/air charter to and from hunting camp
- Lodging before and after hunt
- All costs incurred due to delays getting to the field because of weather, mechanical issues, or other situations out of our control.
- License and tags
- Shipping meat and/or trophies
- All trophy handling and expediting fees

How To Reserve a Hunt
- To reserve a hunt, longer than 1 year in advance a $2500 non-refundable deposit is required
- 12 months prior to the hunt start date, 50% of the total hunt price is due
- Three months prior to the hunt, the balance must be paid in full
CANCELATIONS: Deposits are nonrefundable. However, Greg is a reasonable person and will consider every cancelation situation and do what is fair to all parties.
WHAT A DEPOSIT IS FOR: 80% of the cost of a hunt occurs on a planned hunt, whether the
hunter comes or not. The guides and Charter service are under contract and the various
insurances, other expenses food, gear shipping etc, are non-refundable.
